Extended Brake Hoses

With the 2" lift and sway bar disconnects, I didn't want to risk using the stock brake hoses as they might be too short during extension and break. Aftermarket hoses only come in lengths for 4" and 6" lifts - these would be too long for my application. I found some info from the message boards over at the now defunct, jeepweb, on using brake hoses from a Ford pickup. The info was a bit sketchy so I had the guys at NAPA double check the compatibility for me. Sure enough these hoses fit, and they're listed as being about 4" longer than stock, but it looks like they're more like 2-3" longer. One note - the hole on the brake hose that bolts to the caliper is larger than the factory brake hose hole. I used new copper washers for the new hoses, and everything worked fine. I used 2 of NAPA part number 36931.
